Attorney Dismuke

David C. Dismuke is a Florida Bar board-certified civil trial attorney with more than 20 years of experience representing individuals and families during some of the most challenging times in their lives. His practice focuses on personal injury and legal malpractice, where he is known for his strategic litigation, relentless advocacy, and unwavering commitment to client care.

Throughout his career, Dave has successfully handled thousands of cases in courts across Florida, earning the respect of his peers and the deep gratitude of his clients. His work has resulted in millions of dollars in verdicts and settlements—powerful outcomes that reflect his dedication to accountability and justice.

A Central Florida native, Dave built his legal career on the values instilled in him through growing in his faith and being a United States Marine: discipline, loyalty, and integrity—even when it’s difficult. He graduated with honors from the University of South Florida and earned his J.D., also with honors, from Thomas M. Cooley Law School, where he served on the Law Review and received top academic awards in both Torts and Scholarly Writing. From day one, his mission has been clear: to stand up for the injured and make sure their stories are heard.

Outside the courtroom, Dave is a passionate pickleball enthusiast and proud owner of the Lakeland Palms, a professional team in the All Florida Pro League. He and his wife Jennifer—his high school sweetheart—enjoy hitting the courts together and bringing new energy to Central Florida’s growing sports scene.

Dave and Jennifer live in Polk County with their two children, where they are deeply committed to giving back to the community they call home. In his downtime, Dave enjoys traveling with his family and spending time on the water—his favorite way to recharge and reconnect.
