Attorney Schoen

Josh earned his Bachelor of Science with High Honors from the University of Rhode Island in 1991 and went on to graduate with Honors from the University of Miami School of Law in 1994. While in law school, he received American Jurisprudence Book Awards in Commercial Law I and Estimated Economic Damages—awards given to the top student in each class.

He is admitted to practice law in Florida, Rhode Island, and New York, as well as in the U.S. District Courts for the Southern and Middle Districts of Florida.

Josh is a Board Certified Criminal Defense Lawyer with nearly three decades of experience handling complex criminal cases. Over the course of his career, he has also developed significant experience in civil litigation and family law. Today, he focuses his practice exclusively on personal injury law, bringing the same dedication and skill to helping injured clients obtain the compensation they deserve.

Outside the office, Josh enjoys spending time with his wife and teenage daughter.
